Remembering WWII Linden, TN 2024
Linden, TN hosted the Remembering WWII on September 28th, 20204. Despite the rain from Hurricane Helene, it was an amazing Saturday filled with World War II military and civilian reenactors. There were two 20 minute battles complete with real World War II rifles, jeeps and trucks with machine guns, and even tanks! Even though they were firing blank ammunition, it was loud and gave a sense of what it was really like. It was incredible!
When I saw the event coming, I knew I had to get some portraits of some of the amazing reenactors. We set up a pop up tent, brought a canvas backdrop and a couple of lights. We got soaked from the rain, but the great people we met and the amazing portraits we captured were more than worth it!
